I recieved a letter from the office of the district attorney county of suffolk New York building 77 - N. County Complex Hauppauge, NY 11788 dated nov 9 2011

'Vincent Neefus, detective investigator concluded the investigation of the case where it is alleged that Nick Motherway and or James Cartisano, DBA National Best Security (NBS) has defrauded subcontractors/vendors. A thorough examination of business and banking records has failed to produce evidence which could be used for a successful criminal prosecution. As a result this office will be closing this criminal investigation. You may proceed with a civil suit if you wish however this office cannot offer any futher legal advice'. I called and spoke with Vincent at 631-853-6546...All he told me was this needs to be a civil case....wrong office. I mailed him the check that Tommy Hilfiger sent The NBS group for our payment and we were never paid for the services rendered.

Anyone initiated a civil suit yet? If so, I would like to be a part of it. Please post information. 129f03d

to the *** that wrote the comment on jan 14th, why aren't you writing facts about scumbag nick motherway?? why did he sell his house and run out of ny? because many, many people have civil suits against him..he stole all that vendor owed money and stole from numerous clients.get your facts correct before you blame the wrong people you ***!!

ben and nancy do not work at FCSI. as a matter of fact, one of them works at Broadway National in Ronkonkoma along with other former NBS employees

Jim is friends with lots of cops that pull plenty of favors for him, god only knows why, you will know its Jim when he whips out his wallet you will see 5 friends & family cop badges weighing it down, he sure is a big-shot. 

 

Jim Likes to hang out at Phill's Sports Bar in Wading River, Billy's by the Bay in Green-port and any rock you lift up, he may be there. 

 

Jim drives a grey Nissan Pick-up and a 2001 Blue Corvette, his wife Joanne & co-scammer in the Retail Unlimited company that was the demise of NBS, she drives a Black dodge nitro, they hang out with mike true and Tammy true who were also part of Retail Unlimited - mike & Tammy live in sun-bury, Ohio, they are both low life's scamming social security claiming disability, Gail Dilbert, who claims to own Facility Construction Services is another slickster which is really Jim behind the scenes - Jim, Joanne & Gail started that company while they were being sued for running the retail unlimited company, the secret shadow company that underbid NBS on all the profitable work - this company did the same thing along with Nancy-Margaret Lemp, Ben Socci, Dave Neidig and Sean Walsh aka john Walsh. 

 

I cannot believe I worked for that douche all those years
