The NBS Group, Inc. located in Bohemia, NY contacted my company located in Fortson, GA requesting service in a city over 50 miles away. The appliance service was provided in less than 24 hours according to terms discussed on the telephone. Subsequently, a multi-page packet of information was e-mailed to my company requesting much more support documentation than had been agreed upon. After multiple attempts to civilly rectify the situation, they again promised to make immediate payment. Thirty days have passed, and NBS has refused to pay for services rendered because (ironically) my company did not meet their deadline. 129f0a1

I worked at NBS for years. I can confirm that it ABSOLUTLEY WAS NICK MOTHERWAY who denied the check runs. We in the accounting department became very concerned when after running approximately 1 check run per week we were told to stop cutting ALL checks unless approved by Nick. I personally emailed both him and Jim Cartisano to come in to the accounting Dept. and speak with us about when we could cut checks again. I received a response from Jim saying that he was willing to meet at the time described. Nick NEVER responded. I have proof of this also. It was over a month later when he came to talk to us unannounced, and after he had one of his BFF's physically remove the checks from the accounting office, I started to question his actions and was basically treated like a little minimum wage peon, I did not appreciate his attitude towards me and walked out of the "meeting" disgusted.

We told our "supervisor" for months and months that this was not right to do vendors who did not deserve this. We called the vendors; they did the work, simple right? PAY them. Our concerns were brushed off because the pending case between Nick and Jim was all that management wanted to talk about.

I hope you take them for millions.

Good luck to all of you.

If anyone has any info on Nick or Jim, please contact me or post such info. This has all been turned over to the DA's office and the FBI office in suffolk county. There has also been a complaint filed with the FTC. WE need ex employees to step up to the plate on this one and tell the truth about what happened when it came to us not getting our money. We need as many vendors and ex employees as possible to follow through with this so these guys dont go and start another compnay and screw another 800+ hard working people out of millions of dollars. You can reach me at 859-533-6086 or email at .

ANY AND ALL INFO WOULD BE VERY HELPFUL

Does anyone know how to get ahold of Lara Fay? I always enjoyed the conversations we had together and would still like to continue to talk to her on a friendly basis.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CALLING THE NY ATTORNEY GENERAL. THEIR OFFICE IS FILING SUIT AGAINST THE NBS GROUP AND ITS OWNERS. THIS HAS GONE CRIMINAL, AND EVEN THOUGH WE MAY NOT GET OUR MONEY BACK....THESE 2 WILL BE DOING PRISON TIME!!! SHE ONLY NEEDS A LETTER DESCRIBING WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU AND COPIES OF YOUR INVOICES. NEED TO DO THIS QUICKLY THOUGH!!!!

Very creative. You must have alot of free time on your hands. Is work that busy? Not. Well don't get to used to the FREE time thing, you never know when it will end. At any moment your sins and crimes will catch up to you and end your life as you know it. Get your shopping done early, you never know what lies ahead. It sounds like you (Jim and "friends") are all still upset that you lost the court case. :grin May God NEVER have mercy on your soul, that is if you have one.

He still owes me over $23,500. I managed to collect $4400 of the $27000+ that he owed me from Vic Sec/B & B Works because they had not paid NBS for those invoices. I highly recommend contacting the FBI and the NY Att. General as well as the Federal Trade Commission.

So, if Nick and Trish get divorced, does Nick change his last name back to Beang? What if Danielle and Nick get married, Will it be Nick Trotz or/and Danielle Motherway?

Maybe it will be Nick Beang-Trotz-Motherway?

How does Karin fit into this? Will it be the Motherway-Trotz-Beang-Weber ?
